PETROS (application) is a mobile application developed by Mobsmile Software Services Limited. By downloading, installing and/or becoming a member of the application, you agree that you have read and understood what is written here, and that you will comply with the terms of use and applicable laws.
Including but not limited to the application, all content, materials, documents, information, graphics, designs, products, software, updates, patches and services belonging to our sites are legally protected by relevant treaties and intellectual / artistic works laws Those who try to access the application and websites take responsibility for this and undertake to comply with the laws regarding internet, data transfer, e-mail and privacy without restriction. Petros is an application which allows vehicle owners to discover the fuel stations around 50 km, all the fuel types that the stations sell, and all the equipments of the fuel stations through the mobile application.
Including but not limited to, the use of any application or code, files, images created with or integrated into the code, data that comes with the application, updates, patches and other elements of the application downloaded from our sites are defined by the terms of use specified here. Accessing or downloading the application does not in any way give you ownership of the application or any intellectual property rights. The application is accessed on mobile devices by downloading it from the official market software of the device. PETROS is an application that can be accessed over the internet and with the help of related servers. Therefore, your Internet connection must be active in order to access the application. The application developer cannot be held responsible for delays and/or interruptions in internet connections that may arise from service providers and/or infrastructure. In case of data loss due to technical failures, loss of rights that may occur due to problems in accessing services, application owners agree to make efforts to solve the problems, but they do not guarantee compensation for the losses under all circumstances. When developers detect people who use the application for other than their intended purpose, they can impose penalties or remove them completely from the application. Application software is constantly changed and updated by developers. During these updates, the software may be changed to such an extent that the capacities of some devices are not sufficient to operate. In such cases, the software may not work properly on the device. Although the developers agree to make efforts to solve the problems, they cannot be held responsible for the loss of rights that you may experience when you cannot log into the application. Application accounts of users who are found to act in violation of the terms of use may be frozen or terminated. The application developer has the right to initiate any legal action against persons and institutions engaged in such activities. In order to identify the user, the user's internet access address information (IP address) is stored on the game servers as a service provider, in accordance with our obligation. It is against the rules of use to make correspondence contrary to the laws of the Republic of Turkey, to publish pornographic content, to disturb other users with slang words or inappropriate images, and to harass other users. Responsibility for all kinds of writing and behavior belongs to the owner. Users who engage in this type of behavior may be temporarily and/or permanently blocked from accessing the application by the application developer and authorized persons. The game developer or the authorized persons have the right to examine the correspondence, if deemed necessary, in order to detect violations of the rules. If the official authorities request due to legal obligations, the internet address they use to access the PETROS application can be shared with the competent authorities. In PETROS application, photos / videos are displayed for short-term advertising purposes. User registration information is never shared with advertising companies.
Notices including, but not limited to, changes in terms of use or other rules; can be done via e-mail, regular mail or warning links on the sites. Terms of use are subject to change without notice to you. You must periodically review the terms of use to ensure that you act accordingly. In addition, while using some applications and services, you may have to comply with the rules specific to those applications and services that are shown or sent to you from time to time. All these terms and conditions are hereby deemed incorporated into the terms of use set forth herein.
Download and trial grants you an individual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial use license. You acknowledge that the Application is protected by copyright laws and that Mobsmile Software Services owns the intellectual property of the application. In this context, you agree and warrant that you will not reproduce, sub-license, commercialize, create derivative works of the applications or material in any way. You agree and undertake that you will not alter or misuse any other material belonging to “(Mobsmile)” of the application developer, whose logos, brands and are protected by intellectual property rights.
The information you provide during registration or on the site provides you with a better service. Your personal information, conversation history and all personal information used in the application will be stored on our servers within the scope of GDPR. This information is used for statistical purposes only and is not shared with the users themselves and/or other third parties in any way. (Confidentiality is essential, except for the cases that require legal intervention as specified in the Terms of Use)
In case of a legal dispute regarding the terms of use specified herein, the Courts of the Republic of Turkey are authorized. This Agreement consists of six (6) articles. Persons who want to become a member undertake in advance that they have read whole agreement, that they unconditionally accept and approve all the articles in its content.
